The local group of the National Schizophrenia Fellowship – Support in Mind Scotland has been established in East Kilbride since August 1978 wish to invite people who suffer from the Illness and other Related Mental Health Problems to come along to Group Meetings held in the Village Centre, Room 7 at 12 Maxwell Drive, East Kilbride (across from the Village Theatre) every second Tuesday of each month from 2 – 4pm.
Tea/Coffee biscuit’s provided at a cost of £2.00.

We offer support to users and carers attached to the group and once becoming a member of the organisation, the group provide relevant information concerning a help-line, not only with mental health issues but steering users/carers.to make use of other supportive bodies and facilities connected to their wellbeing. We also organise quest Speakers, Social/Festive Events, Theatre Outings, Historical, Educational Venues of Interest etc. book Community Transportation to and from an event, therefore should our Funding Bank Account be able to subsidise financial outlay to.valid members and their one carer we will endeavour to do so.

Membership is FREE however if you wish to offer a Donation all’monies ·go towards keeping our Services going so that those affected by a Mental Health Issue can be supported and your contribution is very much appreciated.
